And Jenny, you are so NOT fat! I would love to be as "fat" as you supposedly are! lolMichellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08089289808004613615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-568122015759087707.post-32857038076843973152009-02-08T19:38:00.000-07:002009-02-08T19:38:00.000-07:00I am having the same problem losing my baby weight...I am having the same problem losing my baby weight and I adopted. This is the first time ever I have felt like I needed to diet and it so frustrating I want to scream. Since I get up at 5:00 and get home at 6:30 I don't have a lot of extra tiem to exercise and my body feels it.

Man I hate being fat!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-568122015759087707.post-39234486206013878742009-02-04T17:55:00.000-07:002009-02-04T17:55:00.000-07:00A lot of it might have to do with your body tradin...A lot of it might have to do with your body trading fat for muscle that's why I like to track inches as well as weight when I diet and exercise. I have been told several times that when you work out water is the best drink. It can help you lose more weight. Good luck though.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-568122015759087707.post-81839345756870364382009-02-02T09:44:00.000-07:002009-02-02T09:44:00.000-07:00Everything's easy to say, harder to do.Take a look...Everything's easy to say, harder to do.

Take a look at Sparkpeople.com It's FREE, has good community to chat with others about what works and doesn't, and you can track your calories vs exercise, etc.

My dad used their website and lost a ton of weight about a year and a half ago, and he's been really successful about keeping it off.

Good luck!jennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13044434222540888423noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-568122015759087707.post-38179761629732134022009-02-01T22:43:00.000-07:002009-02-01T22:43:00.000-07:00I'm sorry...it is so dang frustrating losing t...I'm sorry...it is so dang frustrating losing the baby weight. Heck, I'm stuggling, but then again I'm not working out or trying that hard. I know that I can't complain too much until I actually start working on it. I just have a tough time getting started. What pill were you taking before?

Have you tried eating several small meals throughout the day? Also when we went to our nutritionalist they said to eat within 30 minutes of getting up in the morning. That way your metabolism could get jump started for the day....so maybe try that if your not. Also eat some protein before bed. And then they told us to eat a carb, vegi/fruit & protein for every meal. Very time consuming, but it does work. When I was actually following that meal plan, I lost quite a bit. And that was even without working out.Roden Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11842371920009515716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-568122015759087707.post-73504167471575981652009-02-01T20:01:00.000-07:002009-02-01T20:01:00.000-07:00Well I have to say I absoulutly love weight watche...Well I have to say I absoulutly love weight watchers. they are awesome. I have hit a plato as well and I talked to my ww instructor and she told me to make sure I am eating at least one ounce of protein with my meals. We will see what the scale says on tuesday but my scale says I lost 3-4 pounds this week. The protein helps keep you fuller longer. For breakfast I eat egg whites and the 45 calorie sarah lee bread. 4 egg whites in weight watcher world are 1 point and 1 whole egg is 2 points. Another thing you can try is counting your calories (which is like weight watchers) You take your weight times the number by 15 that number you get is the most calories you should eat in one day. If you want to loose 1 pound a week you minus 500 calories a day and if you want to loose 2 pounds a week you minus 1000 calories a day. You shouldn't go less than that. If you read the book dieting for dummies it's all in there. And it is probably the best diet book out there aside from weight watchers.Christyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05010585732798499220noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-568122015759087707.post-36005632815800276592009-02-01T19:58:00.000-07:002009-02-01T19:58:00.000-07:00I'm in the same boat. I know exactly what and how much to eat but I don't always follow 'the plan'. There's an awesome website called Eat2getfit dot com. It's $39 for the whole year and it's a collection of recipes that are scaled for your exact calorie needs and balanced for fats/carbs/proteins. It's eating without having to think about what you can eat.

When I follow it, I do really well. I haven't been following it well enough because I've only lost 2 lbs. this month too. Which sucks because I'm 3.5 lbs. from a MAJOR goal and I really want to hit it!Cynthiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15300459671364768442noreply@blogger.com
