It's been a while since I did a random photo of the week, so here's one of my favorites of the Colorado River in Moab. I love how serene and colorful the river is. You virtually never see the same scene twice because the colors change so drastically depending on the time of day. Did I mention I love Moab? I could quite possibly do a different photo every day for a year and not get tired of the scenery.

Back on track...

My hubs used to Mountain bike in Moab nearly every weekend before he met me. Yeah, it was a little BMW with his bike on top and jazz music with weekends all to himself.
Now it's a dirty mini-van with kid stuff everywhere, a million things to do around the house and kid music on the radio. I'd better not show him the above photo or he might want to reconsider his choices! LOL!
I would love to go back to Moab. We should try and go together this summer. Great picture!
Beautiful picture. I'm thinking its on highway 128 going East out of town along the Colorado? I actually found you by searching for people that had Moab listed as a favorites, you just happened to share my name and city as well. I thought that was a surpising amount of coincidences. Someday I want to do a raft trip down that part of the river. We go down to lead trails for the jeep safari.
Now if only we can get the snow to melt so Utah can look like that. Moab is beautiful.
